We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of making arrangements for conducting Periva Aradhana on the 29th Dec 2013 at Abhiramapuram, Chennai. We are partnering with Guhananda Charitable Trust who would be coordinating this event for us, and the event would take place in the premises of Sri Sankara Gurukulam, CP Ramasamy Street (not CP Ramasamy Road), Off Abhiramapuram 4th street & St Mary's Road, Abhiramapuram, Chennai 600018.
It is interesting to note that this year, Periva Aradhana is coming up on the Anusham day itself. This day also marks the completion of second anniversary of our www.periva.org site and Kanchi Periva Forum.
This is a blessed location where Sri Maha Periva had stayed for a few days during His Chennai visit earlier, and houses a temple of Sri Adi Shankara. It is in this great location that we are planning to conduct Periva's Aradhana with some events like Abhishekam, Sahasra Naama Pooja and a few bhajans. The plans are to commence the event by around 0830 in the morning and to conclude it by noon. We will keep you posted of further developments in the coming days.
